Player fees deducted from prize fund - Sponsor fees billed $25 per team

PLAYERS MUST BE 21 OR OLDER TO PARTICIPATE IN LEAGUE!!

League starts at 7:00pm each night

Captains must provide a reliable, local phone number.
Captains, your entire team must be knowledgeable of all rules and regulations.

Completed rosters may also be handed in at your meeting or mailed in by deadline.

 If you supply an email address, Midstate will send you your roster confirmation.
If no email is provided, please call to confirm your online sign up.

Leagues are WAMO sanctioned
We reserve the right to handicap any league for fairness
