Team entries cannot have over 110 PPD!!
$65 ($60+5 registration fee)
NON-REFUNDABLE ENTRY FEE

ONLY the first 48 entries will be accepted - NO EXCEPTIONS!

Teams must consist of shooters that have shot in a FDL, Oakfield, Jackson, Mayville, West Bend, Waupun or Campbellsport leagues
during the 2009-2010 season.

Each player must have a minimum of 36 games played by March 10th, 2010

Teams may roster 5 players but will be rated on the 4 best.  110 ppd CAPPED
